Business Partnership Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Partnership Lead to define the global business roadmap for our innovative payment platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and extensive experience in the payments and fintech industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Define the global business roadmap for payment products, including innovative cryptocurrency payment platforms, and lead the launch of relevant programs.
  • Identify and engage potential partners, including merchants and payment companies, to drive adoption of our payment solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and user lifecycle management to enhance user experience and product adoption.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the payment landscape.
  • Deliver insights for product/program performance and industry trends, identifying areas for improvement and executing solutions for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions and tailored presentations for prospective partners.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the payment platform and establish connections with potential partners.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and partnership outcomes to senior management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of payments/fintech experience, with strong knowledge of the card/payments industry and cryptocurrency.
  • Experience in partnerships, business development or account management roles.
  • Strong network of contacts within traditional payment companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented, and able to execute quickly in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
