Position Summary

Serves as a technical contributor for complex data and analysis work to support the various strategic health initiatives at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The Data Analytics Specialist will be a critical thinker and responsible for providing descriptive, diagnostic, inferential, and predictive analytics for various business areas, including but not limited to strategic planning, operations, and performance management, human resources, financial management, supply chain, marketing, or process improvement.

The analyst will be required to effectively communicate critical findings to peers and group leadership and assist in presenting the results to a broader audience if applicable. Must possess solid research skills, excel at written and verbal communication, and have proven to manage multiple assignments of various depths and duration.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a relevant field and 2 years of reporting and analytics experience in healthcare or a relevant field.
