CNA/STNA Scheduler

Otterbein is looking for a dedicated CNA/STNA Scheduler to coordinate scheduling for our vibrant elder community while serving as a CNA/STNA. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other CNA/STNAs in the house and the Coach
  • Compile schedules and upload into the Master Schedule
  • Ensure all shifts are filled in a timely manner
  • Respond to call-offs and schedule changes
  • Utilize OnShift for staffing support
  • Train new Scheduling Coordinators
  • Track and report time worked outside of clocked time
