Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent. This is a part-time contractor role (~30 hours/week) with a contract duration from February 2025 – May 2025 (with potential extension to June 2025). In this role, you’ll be the bridge between your region and a global platform, sourcing and onboarding exceptional suppliers, creators, and vendors to create unforgettable experiences. You’ll combine your local expertise with data-driven insights to connect the right partners with our client’s platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Local Sourcing: Identify and onboard top suppliers, creators, and vendors in your region to host unique experiences.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and qualitative data to position suppliers effectively and align with client goals.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure supplier recommendations meet client expectations.
  • Vetting Process: Evaluate potential suppliers using a proprietary scoring system to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of your region’s culture, community, and trends.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and the local language of the region you are sourcing for.
  • Sourcing Experience: 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, sourcing, or vetting creators, vendors, or suppliers.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and your region’s native language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Platform Savvy: Familiarity with major search and social platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and travel aggregators.
