Job Description

Are you a print industry expert who delights in helping partners and customers select and implement products? PaperCut Software is looking for a Technical Success Manager to join the team and work with our channel, partners and our teams to help grow our portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Partner Enablement Stream Lead, this is a full-time hybrid role based in our Bracknell office 3 days per week.

Some of the things you'll do...

  • You will use your knowledge to train and educate our channel on identifying opportunities to position PaperCut for success.

  • You'll position PaperCut products to help solve customers' needs and problems.

  • Support our partners on day-to-day pre-sales activities.

  • Work with PaperCut's GTM leads to review sales opportunities and issues.

  • Advise customers and partners on best practice configurations and integrations to get the most value out of PaperCut's products

  • You are able to build and nurture customer/partner relationships.

  • You can translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical people.

  • You have a strong understanding of the print management domain, including PaperCut and competitor products.

  • You excel at identifying sales opportunities and taking them through to completion.
