This role is based in New York, San Francisco, or Remote. New York & San Francisco applicants must be able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
The Sales Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting creator facing and go-to-market teams by acting as the Salesforce system administrator; managing Salesforce data, processes, improving data quality, building and delivering reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our sales and creator management systems.
This role will support multiple creator-facing teams and will play a key role in executing program operations in order to reach an ambitious growth goal in 2025.
About the Role
Salesforce analytics - Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide day-to-day visibility into creator health and engagement, team performance, and pipeline.
Reporting support - Manage recurring reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and respond to ad hoc data requests with a firm SLA.
Support program development - Provide execution support for existing and in development programs.
Data management - Own data hygiene processes, ensuring creator records, opportunities, and account data are accurate and up-to-date.
Tool optimization - Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, and process automations to streamline team operations. Support the implementation of any new Salesforce features or tools to enhance productivity.
Cross-team collaboration - Partner with Creator management teams to translate business and Salesforce needs into data-driven insights.
Team support - Act as the first point of contact for sales tool troubleshooting and technical support for the Creator facing teams.
About You
3+ years of experience in sales/marketing operations roles and passion for CRM (Salesforce) development and optimization.
Data-tracking and reporting: Compiling lifecycle metrics and streamlining reporting.
Strong sense of empathy: Excellent written and verbal skills, effective at facilitating open and sometimes difficult community/customer conversations with a positive, solutions-oriented outlook.
Organized and detail-oriented: Able to sequence tasks and manage time effectively.
Superfan of creator and internet culture: Direct experience with creators or as a creator is a delightful nice-to-have
