Your Responsibilities

  • Offer consultancy and support to Czech-speaking clients regarding our AI solutions.
  • Assess and identify client needs to deliver customized AI implementations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and practical training sessions for clients.
  • Document client interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
  • Engage in training on updates and new features of our AI products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to reaching sales targets.
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in a consultancy or technical support position is preferred.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
