Your Responsibilities

  • Offer IT support and cybersecurity consultancy to Czech-speaking clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
  • Design and recommend tailored security solutions based on client needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Document customer interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the development and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferred.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and IT technologies.
