Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative within the E-commerce Department. If you love online shopping and connecting with customers, this role could be just the right fit for you! As a key player in our team, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. You’ll be the friendly voice helping customers with inquiries about products, orders, and shipping, ensuring they have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. You’ll assist customers in placing orders, tracking their shipments, and handling returns or exchanges - all while nurturing great relationships with our audience. Handling customer complaints professionally and providing timely resolutions will be crucial. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our e-commerce platform and product offerings which will empower you to assist effectively. Your daily tasks include documenting customer interactions and collaborating with our logistics and sales teams to resolve any issues quickly. We look for fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, along with prior experience in a customer service role preferably within e-commerce or retail. Strong communication skills are essential, and being familiar with customer service software is a plus.
