What You'll Be Doing:


As our Dental Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our practice. You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office workflow

Leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve office goals

Managing the patient experience, including scheduling, insurance verification, and billing

Conducting daily morning huddles and team meetings to align on priorities

Handling office organization, supply orders, and maintenance coordination

Assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

Planning office events, team-building activities, and training sessions

What we are looking for:
  • 3 years of leadership management experience with ideally five or more years in the dental industry
  • Dental Office Management is required
  • Dental Insurance and Billing experience
  • Denticon experience is a plus but is not required. Training is provided
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dental Terminology
  • High school or equivalent
