Pinch is launching in Seattle and looking for more Pinch Providers after great success in the Chicagoland area--Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) -- passionate about helping clients feel like their favorite selves. Pinch gives NPs like you the opportunity to earn supplemental income and build your own business, all on a flexible schedule that you set.

Pinch offers concierge med spa treatments (e.g. tox, chemical peels, Microneedling and more) to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Pinch Provider, you get to establish and grow your own aesthetic practice in the greater Seattle area, with no upfront cost for product, supplies, insurances, etc.. & comprehensive support on everything from insurance to marketing.

Successful Pinch Providers are passionate about aesthetics, self-motivated to serve clients, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer aesthetic treatments, such as Tox, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and more, ensuring high-quality client care
  • Engage in self-guided digital, and optional live training, opportunities for continuous professional development
  • Offer consistent appointment availability, ranging from 4 to 24 hours weekly, on average
  • Efficiently manage medical products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Adhere to Pinch's training, standard operating procedures, and healthcare industry best practices
  • Maintain precise and timely electronic client records
  • Collaborate with the Pinch team and fellow providers for knowledge sharing and support
  • Proactively market your services, manage patient inquiries professionally, and build a client base
  • Develop personalized care plans for clients, with support from the Pinch team
  • Remain current with the latest treatments, training, and best practices provided by Pinch

Qualifications:

  • Active APRN license in Washington required
  • Entrepreneurial aspirations, passion for aesthetics, and commitment to personal growth
  • Proficiency in social media, networking, and hospitality is advantageous

Education and Experience:

  • Must have: Active APRN license in Washington.
  • Highly regarded: Established network interested in aesthetic treatments
  • Advantageous: Prior experience or certifications in aesthetics
  • Suggested: Ideally 5 to 25 hours per week, on average, to be available for appointments
