We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team in Tallinn. If you’re someone who has high empathy for users, good with collaborating with others, loves data-driven decision-making, and is eager to learn about customer needs to build the best scalable and innovative solutions for our customers, we’d love to meet you!



Your new adventure:
  • Learn our product’s vision and strategy to understand our focus and ideal future state 
  • Empathize with and advocate for our customers
  • Lead the way to identify top customer pains and the journey to resolve them 
  • Work in a cross-functional team with product designers and engineers to deliver the best solutions for our customers in collaboration with data analysts, researchers, marketing and customer-facing teams
  • Build alignment across teams and stakeholders by crafting comprehensible problem statements and a clear roadmap for your area 
  • Experiment, innovate and seek new ways to bring us closer to our goals
  • Identifying and managing product risks such as technical dependencies, resource constraints, and market shifts, and work with the team to mitigate these risks
  • Get to know, work with and learn from the best talents in the industry


Does this sound like you?
  • 2–3 years of product management experience with ownership over a product area or key feature set
  • Proven ability to define and evolve a strategic roadmap, making smart tradeoffs while minimizing dependencies across teams
  • Skilled at navigating complex problem spaces, breaking them down into well-defined, high-priority opportunities with clear success criteria
  • A track record of driving product discovery through lean experiments, user testing, and rapid iteration to validate ideas and de-risk decisions
  • Comfortable leading generative research (e.g., interviews, support data deep-dives) to uncover insights that shape product strategy and drive measurable impact
  • The ability to set reasonable, relevant and measurable goals
  • Thrives on challenge, constantly seeking opportunities to push boundaries, disrupt conventions, and deliver exceptional results
  • Hands-on experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) to inform product decisions and measure impact
  • Great communication skills for effective collaboration, including active listening and providing relevant feedback
  • Fluency in English
