Plaid's People Technology team sits within the Business Technology Team and is focused on delivering solutions that support our business processes and drive efficiencies through system optimization and automation, enabling our business to scale and employees to be successful.


In this role, you’ll support People Technology processes such as identifying needs, supporting in implementing, configuring, testing, and administering Plaid's People platforms. Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to help determine how we can increase impact by leveraging our systems functionality, while delivering best-in-class employee experiences that support our company's growth. Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of Workday, including: configuration, security and audits, reports management, mass data requests, integrations management, compliance
  • Assist, train and mentor XFN’s & Plaid’s on use of tools
  • Work cross functionally to support end to end development and implementation of system solutions, ensuring clear requirements, technical accuracy & compliance
  • Support and maintain process & project documentation
  • Special Projects (e.g., M&As, office expansion, system implementation & integrations)
  • Optimization: reporting & dashboards, enhancements and new capabilities, improving end-user experience


Qualifications
  • Must-Have Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Workday experience
  • 5 years of experience on a HR Systems, People Operations or Business Systems Team
  • Functional expertise in at least 2-3 Workday modules: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Payroll, Reporting & Security, Time Tracking
  • Technical expertise: in configuring and customizing Workday, including creating reports, dashboards, and simple integrations
  • Project Management: Experience in managing HR technology-enabled projects and implementations
  • Training and Support: Experience in providing training and support to end-users, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions.
  • HR technology familiarity: Experience managing or integrating with other HR or business systems including, Recruiting, Talent Management, Data and Reporting, Headcount Management, etc.
  • Nice-to-Have Requirements:
  • AI experience in HR Technology, experience with Lever, Lattice, iPaaS/middleware (Tray, Aragorn, etc.), SOX and/or internal IT control experience


$110,160 - $151,200 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $110,150 and $151,200 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
