What You’ll Do

  • Build, optimize, and refine AI-driven interfaces that feel intuitive, fast, and seamless

  • Work closely with designers and engineers to develop high-quality, interactive UI components

  • Use Next.js to improve performance through server-side rendering (SSR), streaming, etc.

  • Improve frontend performance by reducing render times, optimizing network requests, and implementing caching strategies

  • Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure UI consistency and scalability

  • Stay up to date with modern frontend trends in AI interfaces, web technologies, and performance engineering

Who You Are

  • Strong frontend developer with a sharp eye for UI aesthetics, UX performance, and accessibility

  • Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS

  • Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, streaming, hydration strategies, and frontend performance tuning

  • Experienced in profiling and optimizing page load speed, render times, caching, and network requests

  • Able to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into polished, production-ready components

  • Familiar with design systems, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and tRPC

  • Thoughtful about tradeoffs between client-side rendering, SSR, and SSG, and know when to use each

  • Passionate about building innovative, intuitive AI-driven experiences

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, iterative environment
