Job Description

  • Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services PA regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games, Blackjack and Roulette.
  • Conduct games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
  • Provide players with timely, accurate and professional assistance on game related and general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
  • Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
  • Attend educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
  • Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
  • Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
  • Maintain a professional and clear communication with management and peers.
  • Keep confidential information within company’s authorized individuals.
  • Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to complete training Monday- Friday 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (2-3 weeks).
  • Must be 21 or over due to PA licensing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintain a professional and clear communication with peers.
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
  • Punctuality and precision.
  • Must be able to obtain a PA Casino Employee Registration.
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Pay Rate: $17 hour + Tips + up to $4/hr Monthly Performance Bonus
  • Night Differential Pay from 11PM-7AM
  • Holiday Pay
  • 5 PTO & 5 Paid Sick Time
  • Health Insurance: Medical, Dental & Vision.
  • 401K – up to 4% match.
