As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of expanding our sourcing channels, managing job board integrations, and boosting our recruiting brand’s visibility through marketing and paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 New Sourcing Channels & Job Board Integrations

  • Identify and integrate new sourcing platforms and job boards with Ashby.

  • Improve job distribution to increase inbound candidate flow.

  • Monitor job board performance metrics and suggest optimization plans with the Sourcing Manager.

🔹 Recruiting Brand Marketing & Job Promotion

  • Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and other digital platforms.

  • Post engaging recruitment content to boost brand visibility and attract top candidates.

  • Oversee paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta) to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration & Sourcing Tools Optimization

  • Work closely with the Sourcing Manager, Recruiters, and Marketing Team to align sourcing efforts.

  • Utilize Social media channels, Canva, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Brevo, WhatsApp, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage sourcing operations.

  • Track sourcing performance and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency.

✔ Expanding sourcing channels to increase high-quality inbound applications.
✔ Streamlining job board integrations for seamless ATS tracking and better pipeline management.
✔ Successfully managing recruitment marketing efforts, boosting employer brand engagement.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, high-volume hiring, or talent acquisition marketing.
✅ Experience managing job boards and ATS integrations (Ashby is a plus).
✅ Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns for recruitment.
✅ Ability to write compelling recruitment content.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and marketing skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
Data-driven mindset, able to track and optimize sourcing performance.
