We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical components of our core technical platform and infrastructure. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise, exceptional product sense, and the ability to lead through influence across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups. 


You will be responsible for understanding the needs of both our internal engineering teams & external customers; identifying opportunities to improve developer productivity, system reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency through platform investments. You will define and champion a compelling vision for your product areas, translating complex technical challenges and opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap that delivers measurable value to the organization. You will partner closely with senior engineering leaders and architects to make critical technical decisions and guide the development lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration. 


Our Platform & Infrastructure teams are the bedrock of our engineering organization, providing the tools, services, and environments that enable our product teams to build and ship faster, safer, and more reliably across the multiple Cloud and OnPrem environments we support today. 


What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience focused on technical products such as Infrastructure, Cloud Services, On-premise Deployments, developer tools, platforms (PaaS/IaaS), API/SDKs, and backend systems 

  • Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude. You must be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs, architecture, and implementation details with engineers 

  • Domain Expertise: Proven understanding of modern infrastructure concepts and technologies, includingCloud Computing (GCP, AWS, Azure – deep experience in at least 1)
  • On-premise deployment (Federal Government compliant environments) 
  • Containerization and Orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) 
  • CI/CD Pipelines and Developer Tooling 
  • Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing) 
  • Networking Concepts (Load Balancing, DNS, Firewalls) 
  • Databases and Data Storage Systems (SQL, NoSQL) 
  • API Design and Management 
  • Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) 
  • Security Principles in Infrastructure 

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define a long-term product vision and strategy, analyze market trends (both internal and external), and make challenging prioritization decisions 

  • Leadership & Influence: Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior engineering and product leaders without direct authority 

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences (engineers, product managers, executives) 


Preferred Qualifications
  • Federal Security Clearance [either active or previously held) with experience deploying into OnPrem AirGap Secured Environments 
  • ML/AI Infrastructure workload scaling experience 
  • Release / Versioning / Branching Strategy 
  • External Customer facing engagements and delivery 
  • Experience Launching 0 -> 1 products in addition to iterating on day 1 -> 2 platforms 
  • Generative & Agentic AI market awareness & tool usage 
  • Advanced Degree’s in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field 


$180,000 - $220,000 a year
