What we’re looking for 

We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own and drive growth initiatives that expand Puzzle's customer base, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue. In this role, you'll blend data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities across our product funnel.

This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success to build and optimize experiences that accelerate adoption and expansion. What you’ll do 

  • Contribute to the team who focuses on our growth funnel, from acquisition to retention, focusing on self-serve adoption, activation, and expansion

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, including pricing optimization, onboarding improvements, and feature-driven expansion tactics

  • Define, analyze, and track key metrics (activation rate, time-to-value, customer retention) to identify opportunities for growth

  • Partner with engineering and design to build scalable growth features, ensuring rapid iteration and clear success criteria.

  • Write detailed PRDs and translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Collaborate with marketing on in-product campaigns and referral programs

  • Work closely with Puzzle's partnerships team, including our Decimal partnership, to develop shared KPIs and align on customer success initiatives that expand usage.

  • Conduct A/B tests, user interviews, and cohort analysis to uncover insights that guide product improvements.

  • Create and maintain the growth experimentation roadmap, maintaining clear documentation on outcomes and learnings. 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of driving growth outcomes through experimentation and data analysis

  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR)

  • Experience leveraging product analytics tools (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker) to extract insights and measure success. 

  • Strong product prioritization and roadmap planning abilities

  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams alike. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and drive alignment across stakeholders.

  • Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to balance business objectives with user needs

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a rapid iteration mindset

  • Bonus: Experience working with accounting, finance, or fintech products.
