Cosa cerchiamo?

Come SDR, sarai un elemento fondamentale del nostro team commerciale, contribuendo attivamente alla crescita strategica di Qomodo. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il tuo manager e figure senior per presentare e vendere i nostri servizi a nuovi clienti, diventando il primo punto di contatto per costruire relazioni solide e di fiducia. Sarai operativo/a soprattutto al telefono, aprendo nuove opportunità e affinando processi e pitch per supportare l’espansione del business.

Nel concreto, le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  • Gestione clienti: supportare il team nella gestione dei contatti e nel follow-up delle opportunità di vendita.
  • Vendite: presentare i servizi di Qomodo ai clienti interessati, comprendendo le loro esigenze per proporre soluzioni personalizzate.
  • Discovery con i clienti: entrare in profondità per individuare bisogni specifici e offrire valore reale.
  • Supporto operativo: collaborare con il team di marketing per sviluppare materiali di vendita efficaci e perfezionare le strategie di sales.
  • Strategia: contribuire alla definizione e all'implementazione dei processi di vendita e alle iniziative di crescita.

    1. Retribuzione: RAL + variabile = 23K + 16K euro lordi
    2. Buoni pasto a 8 euro
    3. Tipologia contratto: tempo determinato/indeterminato in base all'esperienza
