Technical Lab Trainer - Indianapolis, IN - Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PMThe Technical Trainer is responsible for training all employees on the various platforms and job duties within the technical department, including quality, quality principles, performance improvement and compliance issues. The trainer is responsible for providing input to supervisors regarding the employee's progress, competency, and performance review. May also conduct process and compliance audits. Will be responsible for maintaining quality of service to clients by conducting training of new hires and existing employees on an on-going basis. The ability to train for the skills necessary to progress on the various platforms in the department is required. It is most important for the incumbent in this position to possess a strong technical knowledge of the various platforms in the department as well as possess strong training skills. Must also demonstrate the ability to learn and understand the skills and processes that will be taught. Internal candidates must demonstrate a desire to excel to this position by attending external classes related to training.
Pay Range: $63,200+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
