As our new Project Manager you will be part of our Client facing team, nurturing strong existing client relationships, especially in the New York State municipal water and wastewater field. This position will be responsible for implementing projects within the Water Market Sector in New York and surrounding Northeast region with a focus on water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, and pump stations, solids treatment and master planning.
The Project Manager position is for a person who has demonstrated the ability to manage people and projects as well as generate new business with clients. In addition, expectations are that this position will contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll and develop followership, lead high performance teams, resolve conflict, negotiate positive outcomes, mentor future leaders, and motivate employees.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Strong personnel development skills with experience managing and mentoring people in management, engineering, and design positions. Proven project leadership, project management (scope, schedule, and budget) and mentoring skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent team player with the ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams.
