Job Summary:
Assists with recruiting at the organization’s various sites- including sourcing, interviewing, and with the hiring process of new employees. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Also, ensure the new employees are compliant with the requirements including Health & Safety Title 22, Title 5, Head Start, California State Preschool, Quality Preschool Initiative and Children’s Paradise Operating Guidelines.

In this role, you will step into a pivotal position, assisting with recruitment efforts across our various sites. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and helping to onboard new employees. You’ll be using your skills to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that attract a diverse and qualified pool of talent.
