We are adding an entry level HR Coordinator to our Springfield, Mo Phoenix office!

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for an HR Coordinator/ Generalist to join our office in Springfield! We need a team player to support our Human Resources Department by processing new hire paperwork, perform background checks and screenings as well as facilitate weekly orientation classes, among other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

  • Daily filing, data entry, general office duties & admin duties.
  • Verifying paperwork & processing new hire files.
  • Support the Human Resources team as needed.
  • Instructing Orientation classes for all Phoenix family members new to the job.
  • Act as the primary contact for Phoenix Employees in Human Resources.
  • SHRM-CP Certification preferred but not required
  • Level of Excellence in Customer Service.
  • Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience a definite plus.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Windows Operating System).
  • Patient & Attentive Listener with a Positive & Outgoing Attitude.
  • Initiative-driven individual who looks for opportunities to make daily office tasks enjoyable.
  • Genuine Care for People: This position is responsible for many first impressions; we only get one first impression!
  • Interacting with office and field staff.
  • Professional appearance is a non-negotiable.
