Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Product Support Program Area in the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area has an exciting opportunity for a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst. In this role, you will support International Global Patriot programs. These are Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) contracts, with Raytheon LADS business as the primary customer.The candidate will partner with Supply Chain, LADS Customer and Program Manager to ensure flawless execution of the programs. The candidate will maintain the cost and schedule baseline, identify risk and opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule, prepare and analyze the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), analyze monthly financial data, prepare monthly forecasts/budgets, analyze staffing requirements, and identify opportunities to improve financial returns.This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. This Program/team requires support based on the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones. Onsite work can be done at any of the following locations: Tewksbury, MA, Andover, MA, McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ or El Segundo, CA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.What You Will Do:• Primary responsibilities include Cost/Schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis and reporting, Risk and Opportunity management, Estimate at Completion preparation & policy compliance, Forecasting, Long Range Planning; while partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts.• You must be comfortable working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations.• You will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks with little direction, and the ability to interact with a variety of levels of the organization.• This position will provide an opportunity to enhance skills in forecasting, estimates at completion, variance analyses, and other metrics and tools.Qualifications You Must Have:• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or related field & a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.• Experience with variance analysis and/or forecasting• Experience with Estimate at Completion (EAC) or a similar tool• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We Prefer:• Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to establish results and process improvements• Creative problem-solving skills; individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial managers• Work independently under limited supervision. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.This role is a U.S.-based role.
