ROLE PURPOSE

Ready Education is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own financial analysis on sales performance, including new bookings, renewals, upsells, CAC, LTV, and churn.
  • Deliver key insights to senior leadership, influencing company strategy and decision-making, and have the opportunity to work alongside executives.
  • Drive revenue operations by optimizing CRM processes (HubSpot) and enabling Sales & Customer Success teams.
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to improve revenue planning and decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial planning, gaining exposure to the full P&L.
  • Partner with Accounting to enhance financial reporting and internal processes.
  • Take initiative on ad hoc projects and process improvements to enhance financial and revenue operations.
  • Gain valuable experience and learn best practices from a professional FP&A organization.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, ideally in FP&A, financial reporting, or a SaaS/tech industry role.
  • You love data! You are passionate about big data, data reconciliation, and in-depth data analysis, and you thrive on extracting meaningful insights.
  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who takes ownership of projects and seeks opportunities to improve processes.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot) and ERP systems (NetSuite).
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Although this role is 100% remote, the person in this position should be expected to travel for certain customer / industry / company events and engagements as necessary.
