Collaborating closely with Rehlko IT, you'll ensure IT systems and infrastructure align seamlessly with both Curtis' business objectives and Rehlko’s overall IT framework. Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize key IT initiatives that add value.
Drive technology thought leadership to optimize productivity, agility, and revenue generation.
Establish IT investment plans, forecasts, and scalable solutions to meet business needs.
Design, develop, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure.
Ensure the integrity and availability of network resources, servers, and business applications.
Manage cloud-based environments, virtualization technologies, and on-premise IT solutions.
Lead the creation and execution of cybersecurity strategies to protect critical data and IT assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, ISO, and NIST standards.
Mentor and manage IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing IT organization.
Create technology capability roadmaps aligned with business strategies and investment priorities.
Oversee large-scale IT projects, from system upgrades to the rollout of new technologies.
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure optimal value and high performance.
Optimize resource allocation and manage the IT department’s budget effectively.
Identify and adopt emerging technologies to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required (a Master’s degree is preferred).
You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, development, and support.
You must have at least 2+ years of IT management experience, showcasing strong leadership skills.
Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux-based systems for servers and client stations is required.
Expertise in WAN, LAN, VPN, and other internet-based communication protocols is essential.
Practical experience with router, switch, and firewall configuration and maintenance is a must.
Familiarity with ERP business system software like SyteLine and SQL databases is expected.
A strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and security standards is required.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite, O365, Azure, and BI reporting tools (PowerBI, Crystal, etc.) is necessary.
Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams is critical.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $227,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
