Riot Hospitality Group is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team!

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the VP of Marketing and Marketing Director with the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for RHG, including but not limited to social media, data and reporting, marketing profile management, and new partnership development.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate who can:

Social Media Management

  • Effectively execute social media strategy through campaign management, social media engagement, and content creation.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain high engagement levels and foster community interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and marketing team to develop new ideas for content, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Help track analytics and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication.
  • Support in coordinating influencer partnerships/collaborations and events.
  • Assist with content creation as needed.

Marketing Administration & Reporting

  • Input data and track through the Marketing and Sales dashboard.
  • Provide correspondence and support with inbound and outbound marketing partnership opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proven experience and strong interest in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic photography, design, or videography skills are a plus.
  • Passion for the hospitality and nightlife industry is highly desirable!
