Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items following recipes and guidelines.
  • Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment for smooth service.
  • Maintain consistent taste and presentation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure coordination during busy times.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and basic food safety / sanitation regulations.
  • Strong knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with coworkers.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
