About the Role
In this position, you will:
Respond to all incoming requests for service from our customers and installers, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards.
Work closely with the other service coordinators, project managers and service manager to ensure calls and service requests are answered and processed in a timely manner.
Assist with the scheduling and coordination of the service team to ensure that all service appointments and repairs are executed according to customer needs and timelines.
Work with the service manager and inventory specialist to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels for service parts and manage the ordering process to ensure adequate inventory is available for service jobs.
Utilize technology to help facilitate the daily operations of the department.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or service coordinator role, preferably within a window, home improvement, or related industry.
Have strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach to resolving complaints and service issues.
Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and technology to assist with daily tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, staff, and other departments.
A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
