Who You Are

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Admin to provide administrative and operational support to our sales teams. In this role, you will help streamline sales processes, manage documentation, coordinate communication, and ensure the team operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possess excellent communication skills, enabling our sales force to focus on driving revenue.

What You'll Do

Sales Support:

  • Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, contracts and client communications.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems with timely and accurate information.
  • Create and manage territory buildouts.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate and organize sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings and review sessions.
  • Manage sales scorecards for each team member within the sales and call center departments.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales department and other internal teams.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new sales tools and technologies.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and performance metrics is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales, administrative or similar support role
