Microsoft Business Apps Developer/Sharepoint

RP is seeking a Microsoft Business Apps Developer/Sharepoint to support to support TSA Fast. The developer will develop custom features/widgets (with guidance from SaaS platform architects) along with other out of the box features that fulfill business/functional requirements for a given system. They work closely with functional teams to translate functional/business requirements into technical requirements. Familiarity with Sharepoint very helpful.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for enhanced user experience.
  • Develop custom solutions using Azure Functions and integrate them with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Leverage Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft 365 data interaction.
  • Manage and monitor SharePoint permissions and security to ensure data integrity.
  • Create and manage content types, site columns, and templates.
  • Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand application requirements.
  • Document application development processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 development.
  • Train end-users and provide support when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in developing business applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and understanding of Microsoft Graph API.
  • Familiarity with developing custom solutions using Azure Functions.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in developing and managing content types, site columns, and templates.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions and security.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in migrating content from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and integrating SharePoint with Teams.
  • Knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with PowerApps integration with external data sources
