The Opportunity
Salary: $130,000 - $142,585 per annum + super
We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to deliver enterprise-level projects across our Racing, Wagering, Technology and Corporate Services portfolios.
In this 24-month maximum term role based at our Osborne Park head office, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse, high-impact projects. From developing robust project plans and budgets to ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, you’ll be a key driver of transformation within our organisation.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of allocated projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
Manage project risks and issues, while driving timely resolutions.
Collaborate closely with Change Management to support effective user adoption.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and report on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned workshops.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
A sound understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and change facilitation.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in fast-paced, regulated environments.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent qualifications.
