Job Description

The Opportunity

Salary: $130,000 - $142,585 per annum + super 

We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to deliver enterprise-level projects across our Racing, Wagering, Technology and Corporate Services portfolios.

In this 24-month maximum term role based at our Osborne Park head office, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse, high-impact projects. From developing robust project plans and budgets to ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, you’ll be a key driver of transformation within our organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of allocated projects.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.

  • Manage project risks and issues, while driving timely resolutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Change Management to support effective user adoption.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Monitor project budgets and report on progress, risks, and opportunities.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned workshops.

You are a dynamic and experienced project management professional who thrives in collaborative environments and has a passion for delivering real-world results. With strong interpersonal and technical expertise, you can influence and inspire others to embrace change.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

  • A sound understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and change facilitation.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.

  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in fast-paced, regulated environments.

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent qualifications.
