Job Profile
The Product Director is responsible for identifying market opportunities, engaging directly with customers and prospects to gain market feedback on product concepts and visualization related to the RxAnte Product, helping to develop and prioritize RxAnte’s product roadmap, leading the execution of key company initiatives and projects, and developing the corresponding product marketing materials. Collaborating with multiple teams across the organization, the Product Director will develop formal product requirements and use cases, and manage the timely delivery of product releases in support of RxAnte’s objectives and needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate closely with members of the Product and technical teams as well as RxAnte clients to understand, define, and document product requirements. Lead high-level scope definition, gather business requirements, and obtain level of effort assessments for new feature and program requests.
· Lead the coordination and testing of new features and enhancements.
· Identify new market opportunities and features to expand the addressable market for the RxAnte Product
· Serve as Product Owner for assigned products, by being accountable for development direction, feature release, and overall accountability for the product.
· Overall management of product initiatives including review and triage inbound product development and enhancement requests.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned product, providing consultation to stakeholders such as the end user support team and Client Success as required.
· Support the development of product feature guides and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client needs.
· Conduct live product training sessions in support of client training needs and to support new features as needed.
· Planning for product goals, initiatives and road mapping
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, healthcare informatics, health sciences, or related field.
· 5+ years of professional experience with experience in healthcare or a SaaS environment as a plus.
· Product management experience, including management of product deployments
· Collaborative and able to work across an organization to accomplish goals.
· Proficient at listening, assessing and responding to client and stakeholder feedback.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity in working in a product software delivery life cycle.
· Familiarity with Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence), or similar type tools.
· This is a remote work position. However, periodic travel to RxAnte offices and client sites is required.
