Overview of The Role
As a Transformation and Continuous Improvement Projects Intern, you will assist in managing a portfolio of optimization projects under the supervision of an assigned resource.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
Support Transformation / Continuous Improvement / Digital projects, where processes or tools are being optimized & streamlined.
Contributing to the internal BI Community by sharing knowledge and best practices on Digital topics
Conduct meetings with groups and clients who will communicate business intelligence objectives and expectations.
Brainstorm optimization projects relating to those objectives and expectations roles.
Assist in developing tool/process/data analytics/data reporting optimization solutions.
Assist in adoption of the new solution.
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:
Education: (Field of studies and/or Major)
Currently pursuing a university degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI (or similar), in the second half of studies.
Skills and experience :
- Currently pursuing a University degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI (or similar), in the second half of studies.
- Strong interest in data analytics and reporting, processes and workflow
- Familiarity with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (Power Query, PowerBI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Digital and Continuous Improvement Mindset / Experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.
