Job Description

This role reports to the APAC Senior Product Marketing Manager. The primary focus of the role is to create the frameworks and playbooks that will allow local Sales and Marketing teams to execute campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and retention of SEEK products. The role will also work closely with APAC Product and Design teams to ensure a consistent experience across key customer touchpoints.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in developing product marketing customer value propositions, proof points, and messaging hierarchies informed by customer insights and aligned with SEEK's brand positioning
  • Create internal enablement material and customer-facing collateral that helps sales and service teams effectively communicate our product value to customers
  • Create content that educates and helps customers use our products and platform effectively
  • Contribute to the design and execution of strategic marketing plans for new product launches
  • Synthesize customer insights to inform new product development and design
  • Collaborate with the research and insights team to brief on primary research required for product marketing decisions
  • Design and implement marketing activities to support product exits/migrations, including communication strategies
  • Ensure consistency of product marketing value propositions across all marketing activities and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to ensure alignment with product marketing strategies

The Team You’ll Join:

  • The APAC Product Marketing team is responsible for the creation and execution of world class product marketing strategies that empower hirers to unlock the full value of SEEK across our APAC markets. This role does not have any direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product marketing or a related role
  • Experience developing customer value propositions
  • Creativity and ‘hustle’ (challenge the norm to get things done quickly)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize customer insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong proven ability and willingness to both think strategically and get stuck into execution
