Level of Formal Education: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school: or Two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.

Special Certifications: Must have a Registered Nurse’s License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing and must be CPR certified
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills
Skills and Ability: Knowledgeable in various treatments for wounds and how to work towards healing wounds.

Communication is key, so you'll ensure timely updates regarding residents' health status and respond quickly to emergencies. With at least a year of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings, your registered nursing license is essential, along with CPR certification.
