The Role 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of products across web, mobile, app, and gaming solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and business strategists, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that align with both client and user needs. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms and gaming ecosystems, along with strong technical and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client goals and market opportunities, focusing on web, mobile, app, and gaming sectors.

Client and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary interface between clients and the internal team to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into actionable product features. Work closely with engineering, design, UX, marketing, and QA teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet technical specifications and quality benchmarks.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in web, mobile, app, and gaming products.

Agile Development: Lead Agile product development processes, ensuring timely delivery of features and product iterations through regular sprints and continuous feedback loops.

Mobile and App Focus: Drive the development of mobile-first and app-centric products that cater to both iOS and Android ecosystems, balancing user experience with technical capabilities. Gaming Expertise a plus, specifically ability to collaborate with game developers and designers to optimize product experiences for gaming platforms, ensuring high performance, user engagement, and monetization.

Performance Analytics: Set and track KPIs and other success metrics, using data to make informed decisions and optimize products post-launch.

Product Roadmaps: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with both client needs and the consulting firm's broader business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, timelines, and potential risks.

User Experience: Ensure that the product design and development processes center around a user-first approach, particularly in gaming, web, and app experiences.

Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, timelines, performance reports, and post-launch evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically with web, mobile, app, or gaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript, APIs, iOS/Android development) and familiarity with gaming engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing products in the digital and gaming sectors, with a track record of delivering user-centric solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Experience working in a client-centric role, delivering products that meet complex business requirements.
  • Ability to analyze market data, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product strategies and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with game monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and ads.
  • Experience in developing SaaS or cloud-based products for web and mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of AR/VR technologies in gaming is a plus.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Experience working remotely. 
  • Prior consulting experience preferred.
