As a Sales Operations Analyst at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to make the world work better through innovative technology. Located in Waltham, Massachusetts, you’ll become an essential part of our team, supporting several Americas regions and territories. Your primary responsibilities will include aiding the forecasting process, analyzing customer licensing situations, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You will attend regional forecast calls while performing detailed pipeline analyses that promote forecast accuracy. Your skills will be vital in ensuring pricing strategies align with customer needs, and you’ll review quotes and order forms to maintain their accuracy and completeness. Working closely with our Deals Desk, Finance, and Legal teams, you’ll ensure that all orders comply with pricing and discount policies. Additionally, you’ll interface with Order Management to secure accuracy for booked sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in tools like PowerPoint and Excel, and have 2-4 years of Sales Operations experience in a software sales organization.
