As the world leading Testing, Inspection, and Certification company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and sustainability. In this role, you'll provide invaluable professional advice and support, helping various business units across multiple sites to cultivate a strong safety culture. You'll engage, influence, and coach the workforce while ensuring that all risk and hazard registers are meticulously maintained. Your keen eye for detail will facilitate the consistent management of risks, ensuring that our workers are well-trained and utilize effective risk management tools. Plus, you'll take a proactive approach in reporting and investigating incidents, including conducting root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences. Regular site visits throughout Queensland will allow you to interact closely with management and the workforce, assessing processes and conducting system audits. To thrive in this position, you'll need a tertiary qualification in Health and Safety, current certifications in Training and Assessment, as well as experience with Health and Safety Management Systems.
