Branch Manager - Roofing Sales

Description

Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Texas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and St. Louis.

We are currently looking to fill a Branch Manager (Market Leader) position. This person will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with Shamrock's overall objectives. The goal, and main mission of Market Leaders are to: Hire, Train, Retain

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Sales reporting and analysis: Track and report sales performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management: Monitor the performance of individual sales team members, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Recognize and reward high achievers while addressing performance issues constructively.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with the sales manager or upper management to implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Ensure that the team aligns with these strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales manager and other departments to create accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends and customer demand.
  • Team Building and Motivation: Foster a positive and cohesive team environment. Motivate team members through recognition, incentives, and regular communication.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management. Ensure open lines of communication and relay important information effectively.
  • Recruiting: Work closely with the Recruiting Team to grow your branch's sales team.
  • All other duties assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Base Salary
  • Bonus package based on teams performance 
  • Sales commission on personal sales
  • 401k after 6 months of employment
  • Health, Vision, Dental benefits begin at the 1st of the next month, after 30 days of employment
  • PTO accrues biweekly
  • Company Vehicle and Gas Card provided


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, Saturdays (some)

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales management experience
  • Roofing experience is preferred
  • Acculynx experience a plus!
  • You should possess excellent leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of sales principles
  • The ability to inspire and drive your team toward success
  • Effective communication
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • The capability to adapt to changing market conditions is also crucial in this role
  • Data-driven and results-oriented will help you make informed decisions and achieve sales objectives efficiently
  • Must be comfortable and confident generating leads direct to home
  • Must be comfortable and confident demonstrating how to acquire clients (sell) in front of groups of people
