About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 3 months.

Mission:


The mission of the Talent Acquisition Lead is to secure top-quality candidates for key positions, foster a culture of engagement and contribute to global talent initiatives. The TA Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting business growth by ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining open communication, and upholding HR standards across regions.

Outcomes:

1. Successfully fill key vacancies with a primary focus on Sales and Marketing roles in SG, AU and HK teams within 3 months

2. Successfully fill key supporting roles in India and the Philippines to support our SG ,HK and AU teams focusing on positions in operations, administrative support, and client service to enhance business operations

3. Achieve an average time to hire of 21-30 days for all roles, ensuring a swift and efficient hiring process

4. Ensure the smooth and successful onboarding and integration of new joiners into the business, while leading the roll-out and implementation of Sleek’s Hiring and Onboarding Playbooks

5. Data-Driven and Detail-Oriented: Leverage metrics to optimize hiring strategies, ensure accuracy in ATS updates and candidate records, maintain compliance with standardized workflows, and balance speed with precision to keep stakeholders informed.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. You should have experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including interviewing, negotiating offers, and collaborating with hiring managers. A solid understanding of recruitment best practices essential. Additionally, you will be based in the Philippines and will play a key role in driving the company's talent strategy and building a strong candidate pipeline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry trends and labor market conditions, with the ability to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Experience in collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Recruitment Strategy: Experience in developing and executing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelining, and employer branding initiatives.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Diversity and Inclusion: A deep commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, with experience in implementing inclusive recruitment practices.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Financial benefits: The compensation for this position would be 65000 Pesos to 85000 Pesos and provide staff with generous paid time off and holiday schedules. Some additional benefits include HMO (health maintenance office), mandatory benefits and 13th month pay.

Introductory call:

A ~30 minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and dive into some recent work situations to understand how you think and work

Career deep dive:

A ~60 minute chat with the Head of Hiring

We’ll discuss your last couple of roles to understand your experience in more detail

Reference interviews:

We’ll have 2-3 short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us
