We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your Role:

  • Design and implement custom solutions using Soft1 tools, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements to develop and implement advanced technical specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with business consultants, providing technical insights and designing solutions for identified gaps.
  • Provide training and ongoing technical support for customized Soft1 implementations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement

Your Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within ERP consulting, implementation, or software development.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, JavaScript, ERP software.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools and .NET is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
