Sales Coordinator - job 1 of 3

We are seeking an energetic, driven Sales Coordinator who is passionate about [solidcore]’s mission. This position supports our sales team, reports to the Director of Sales, and plays a key role in engaging leads, driving membership, and building community across our 100+ studios. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in fitness sales.


You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting third-party partnerships to reduce client attrition and maintain strong membership.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to follow up with prospective clients via text, email, and phone.
  • Making 75-100 direct contacts per day from provided lead lists.
  • Collaborating with Sales Representatives and field teams to implement sales processes and strategies.
  • Executing a seamless handoff of sales leads to local field teams.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and staying informed of industry best practices.
  • Regularly meeting with senior leadership to report on sales performance and share insights.


What we need from you:
  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or experience in a related field
  • The position is full-time and exempt with an expected 40 hours of work per week.

Compensation and Benefits:
