This position supports our sales team, reports to the Director of Sales, and plays a key role in engaging leads, driving membership, and building community across our 100+ studios. [solidcore] is a national boutique fitness company with 100+ studios across the country. Our signature workout is 50 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity strength training: the lights are low and the music is loud. The coach guides the class through a series of slow & controlled movements that are sequenced to work muscles to failure. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and can be amplified or modified to accommodate individual goals. Based remotely, you'll be the pulse of our sales efforts, working closely with the Director of Sales while providing vital support to our dynamic sales team. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with leads and helping them embrace the [solidcore] lifestyle across our 100+ studios. Get ready to make 75-100 direct contacts per day, turning potential interest into lasting community. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining strong partnerships to reduce client attrition, executing seamless lead handoffs to our local field teams, and keeping track of vital sales metrics. To thrive in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, and we prefer you come with 1-3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within the fitness industry. We’re looking for someone with an engaging personality and fantastic communication skills who is just as enthusiastic about connecting with our community as they are about our brand.
