As a Sales Manager at Team Mancuso Powersports Southwest in Houston, Texas, you’ll have the thrilling opportunity to steer our dynamic sales operation for both new and pre-owned vehicles. We’re a collective of passionate motorsport dealerships offering top brands like Harley-Davidson and Indian, and we’re committed to helping our customers live their adventures on two or four wheels. In this role, you’ll guide and develop your talented sales team, using your leadership instincts and extensive sales experience to set and achieve ambitious sales goals. You’ll motivate your team through open communication, ensuring they have the support they need to exceed targets while fostering a positive customer experience. Your management skills will come into play as you forecast sales objectives and track customer engagement, ensuring a consistently high level of service during peak traffic times. Being a visible leader on the sales floor, you'll inspire confidence in your team and customers alike. If you have 3-5 years of experience in a motor vehicle dealership and a thorough understanding of powersports sales, we’d love to have you on board. With your proven track record in feature/benefit sales and superior communication skills, you'll help us continue to be the go-to choice for motorsport enthusiasts in Houston.
