Sourgum is seeking a driven, strategic, and customer-obsessed professional to join our team as the Founding Senior Account Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our ERP SaaS platform, to waste and recycling haulers — a mission-critical role where you’ll define how we grow our customer base and close high-impact deals.
As a founding Account Executive, you won’t just be following a playbook — you’ll be writing it. This is a hands-on, foundational role where you’ll help build the outbound sales motion, refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), and shape the future of our go-to-market strategy. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and work closely with leadership, marketing, and product to continuously improve how we sell and who we sell to.
