*Employees in the Greater Phoenix area are required to be in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Employees outside of this area are considered remote*
The hourly rate for this position is $20-22/hr. This role is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan which will contribute to your overall compensation. In addition to base salary and variable compensation, Spear offers a full range of perks and benefits highlighted below.
