Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Chief Technologist - Ultrasound, performs diagnostic ultrasound exams and provides clinically relevant information to assist the physician with the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Graduate of an accredited Sonographer Program 

Licensure: Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(S) in the state of Missouri within 6 months of hire
