Job Details
  • Job Title: Studio Leader
  • Location: Birmingham, AL 35233
  • Compensation: $50-60,000 base salary + bonus potential
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week - flexible schedule
  • Benefits: Eligible to enroll in health, dental, + vision insurance, eligible to enroll in 401k, PTO, studio fitness membership


Studio Growth and Team Development Responsibilities:
  • Create yearly, quarterly, and monthly goals with supporting strategic plans
  • Lead weekly team meetings
  • Team development: Role playing, feedback, education, training
  • Planning and executing marketing events
  • Building a cohesive team of sales associates and trainers
  • Lead, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of all studio teams
  • Analyze metric reports to identity and take action on studio and individual team member gaps
  • Bi-annual performance reviews
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service


Team Compliance Responsibilities:
  • Creating shift schedules for all team members 
  • Respond to all relevant emails within a timely manner
  • Meet all deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all class procedures are executed


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role in the fitness industry
  • Experience leading teams in fitness membership sales
