Additional support may include follow up services, outreach to underserved populations, gathering educational, social, medical, psychological and vocational data from the customer, family and community vocational programs and supporting the management of case records.Rehabilitation Services Coordinator 9-P11 - Position DescriptionThere is a possibility of a remote/hybrid schedule based on performance and operational need. However, all work must be performed in Michigan. If you currently reside outside of Michigan, you must relocate to Michigan to perform the duties of this position.Employment and Training Careers pageEducationPossession of a bachelor’s degree with a major in rehabilitation counseling/services, secondary education, special education, business, human resources, social work, psychology, guidance and counseling, or occupational therapy.ExperienceRehabilitation Services Coordinator 9No specific type or amount is required.Rehabilitation Services Coordinator 10One year of professional experience providing rehabilitation services coordination equivalent to a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator 9.Rehabilitation Services Coordinator P11Two years of professional experience providing rehabilitation services coordination equivalent to a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, including one year equivalent to a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator 10.To be considered for this position you must:1. Attach a cover letter describing what strengths and work experience you bring to this position.2. Attach a copy of your detailed resume to the job application. Dates of employment should include month and year and hours per week.3. Attach a copy of your official college/university transcript(s).Failure to complete any of the above items may result in your application not being considered.
