We are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis as our first FP&A hire to shape both our strategic and financial future. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Define the FP&A function as our first FP&A hire, reporting to the VP of Finance
Partner with company leadership to develop and own both the near-term and long-term financial plan
Build business cases to drive key decisions on product and go-to-market strategy
Build out internal data and analytics strategies and toolset from the ground-up
Design and prepare recurring leadership and board updates on the company’s financial progress

What You Will Bring (Qualifications)

6+ years of experience within a startup, manufacturing, electric vehicle, DTC company, or other high-paced relevant environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience within finance focusing on either corporate modelling, strategic finance, go-to-market, manufacturing, and/or engineering
Experience in an ambiguous, scaling environment
Experience creating business case analysis to quantify and drive difficult strategic decisions
Expert in Excel and at least one type of query-based analytics tool, such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Hex. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
Comfortable in an ambiguous environment with little day to day direction

Pay Disclosure

$175,000 - $210,000
